  1. 光电材料与器件

研究纳米结构对半导体量子点敏化太阳电池中光吸收性质和电子输运性质的影响。

  1. 准晶材料

主要研究大块Ag-In基准晶和近似相单晶的生长,并基于大块准晶分析材料的结构、物性和表面性质。制备了目前国际上最大尺寸Ag-In基准晶和近似相单晶;系统研究了Ag-In-Yb准晶的物理性质,对准晶物理性质各向异性提出了新的解释;系统研究了Ag-In-Yb正二十面体准晶的表面结构和稳定机制。
